FIXING GOD'S HOUSE

The Parish Stewardship Committee endeavors to maintain, conserve and enhance the beauty and integrity of Saint John the Evangelist Church. We wish to preserve the unique architecture of the Church and honor the people who built it in 1893. Our goal is to capture and secure its original conceptual format while making necessary improvements and maintain it for generations to come.

Facing that challenge, the Parish Stewardship committee has focused its attention on two major projects, replacing the Exterior Doors of the Church and installing a new Heating System.

At the last meeting, the committee proposed the following designs for the exterior doors of the Church.

NEW HEATING SYSTEM FOR THE CHURCH

The Parish Stewardship Committee, your Pastor and the Real Property Support Corporation [Building & Construction] of the Archdiocese are pleased to announce to you that a brand new Peerless Steam Boiler for the Heating system has been installed in the Church.

We thank all of you for stepping up to advocate and support the stewardship of the Church of St. John the Evangelist and generously contribute towards the installation of this new heating system. It is our hope that the system will work to keep us warm while in the church and serve us well for a long time.
